Yoga classes and complementary therapies in Dinas Powys, Penarth,
Vale of Glamorgan, near Cardiff
Lisa Mulcahy has been practicing Yoga for some 23 years and teaching for 6. She completed 200 hours training with a Yoga Alliance Professionals school in Milton Keynes followed by a further 230 hours Yoga Therapy training with the Transformational Hatha Yoga School in Greece in 2017.
Many of her formative years were spent studying Hatha Yoga which is still her main form of practice. However in more recent years she has discovered the wonders of intuitive and passive practices such as Scaravelli inspired yoga and Yin Yoga.
Lisa encourages an awareness of breath and and encouragement of letting go in her classes. She also feels its important for her students to develop in their practice so it becomes a place of learning and experience rather than just a ritual following of postures.
