Lisa Mulcahy is a highly qualified Reflexologist and trained with well known local trainer Sue Evans at Inspira in 2007. She then went on to train in Reiki before venturing to London to study Facial Reflexology (Sorensensistem tm).
Having practised Yoga for 19 years she followed her heart and completed her 200hr Yoga training at a Yoga Alliance accredited school in Milton Keynes. In 2017 she advanced her training by completing a 230 hour Yoga Therapy qualification with The Transformational Hatha Yoga School in Greece.
She has particular experience in treating stress and also in dealing with the elderly, having previously worked with the Alzheimers society and currently in a Residential home in Penarth. She has a keen interest in complementary therapies, in particular nutrition, and believes most 'ills' can be benefited by good living, good diet and above all YOGA!
