"When you own your breath nobody can steal your peace" - Anon
I first came to yoga some 27 years ago when I was feeling a little stressed and wanted something 'different' to the gym culture. Little did I know that yoga was going to be a constant in my life. It has seen me through challenges, the joys, the sorrows - you name it. I love the way it makes me feel.
Some 20 years ago I also discovered reflexology and studied under Sue Evans at Inspira. Having had a background in business this was quite a detour but so looked forward to each tutorial weekend. This started my journey with complementary therapies and I was determined to use my knowledge to help others.

Some 12 years ago I completed a 200 hours Yoga Alliance Professional qualification and a further 270 hours Yoga Therapy. I am currently training in Classical Pranayama (breathwork) with Sara Francia London.
I have worked with the Alzheimer's Society providing reflexology to carer's, spent a number of years working in a local Natural health Clinic and currently attend a residential home providing therapies for residents.
All therapies will be tailored to the individual. If have questions about therapies or Yoga classes please feel free to pick up the phone.
All treatments are designed to manage your wellbeing, help reduce stress and help bring some relief to your health concerns.
The therapies can be taken as a one off, as occasional treatments or as a course for deeper benefit. A course will come at a reduced rate and paid for in advance.
If you would like to discuss any of the treatments, please feel free to get in touch.
Reflexology has been around for thousands of years and has its roots in Egypt, India and China.
What is it? Primarily practised on the feet, it is believed that the feet and hands are a microcosm of the body. All organs, glands and systems have a corresponding are on the feet which, when worked with specific massage techniques, help bring the system back into balance, boost immunity, encourage homeostasis and instil a deep sense of relaxation.
Don’t like feet? No problem…. the same principle applies to the hands and the client will receive the same benefits.

Advanced Facial Therapies
This is a deep and profound treatment that must be experienced to be appreciated. This particular treatment is unlike, and far superior (in my opinion) to other facial reflexology treatments available today.

I believe yoga should be felt and we should greet ourselves, and our bodies, with kindness when we arrive on our mat. Yoga isn’t competitive. The less we force and compete in yoga the more we get back.
